The Pakistani government has vowed to take decisive action against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers who were involved in an attack on former Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa’s vehicle in London as they protested outside the Middle Temple.

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Wednesday condemned the attack, labelling it as unacceptable, a statement said.

Naqvi instructed NADRA to take immediate measures to identify the assailants, urging that footage from the scene be utilized for this purpose.

He also revealed that the attackers’ ID cards would be blocked, and their passports canceled.

PTI activists attempted to obstruct the former Chief Justice’s vehicle, which belongs to the Pakistan High Commission, in London, even trying to smash its windows. They chanted slogans upon spotting Qazi Isa’s car and ran alongside it.

Despite the presence of a police escort with Qazi Isa’s vehicle, the PTI workers still attempted to block its path.

Qazi Isa was en route to a ceremony at the Middle Temple.

Senior PTI leaders, including Zulfi Bukhari, Malika Bukhari, and Azhar Mashwani, addressed party supporters who were protesting against the former Chief Justice at the Middle Temple on Tuesday night.
