Court approves Aleema and Uzma Khan’s bail
They were arrested for protesting in D-Chowk
An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Islamabad has granted bail to Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan, sisters of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan.
The court approved bail in two cases registered at Kohsar Police Station.
The ATC heard the case related to the D-Chowk protest. Bail was granted on surety bonds of Rs20,000 each.
Judge Abu Al-Hasanat Zulqarnain ordered the release of Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan. The sisters had been in custody since October 4th in connection with the Kohsar Police Station case.
