Cause lists for three IHC judges cancelled
Several judges of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) will be unavailable for case hearings in the coming days due to illness and pre-planned leave.
Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb’s cause list has been cancelled for today and tomorrow. He is currently on bed rest following a dengue fever diagnosis on October 10th, as advised by his doctors.
Additionally, Justice Tariq Mehmood Jehangiri’s cause list has been cancelled for a week, from today until October 23rd. The reason for his unavailability was not specified.
Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir will also be unavailable for hearings today. Justice Babar Sattar is already on a month-long leave until the end of October.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani and Justice Sardar Ijaz Isaq are currently hearing cases. The court’s operations will continue with the remaining available judges.
