Suspected RAW agent arrested in Karachi’s Mauripur area

The Special Investigation Unit (SIU) of Sindh police has reportedly arrested a suspect linked to the Indian spy agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) in Karachi’s Mauripur area.

Senior Superintendent of Police Shoaib Memon confirmed that the suspect, identified as Muhammad Saleem, was apprehended near Fish Chowrangi on Manora Road.

Authorities recovered a hand grenade, a bomb, a launcher, and a pistol from Saleem, along with service cards from various departments.

SSP Memon revealed that the suspect had multiple passports and identity cards under different aliases to evade security agencies. Additionally, maps of Manora and Chinaport were found in his possession.

The recovered passports suggest that Saleem had traveled between Pakistan and India via Nepal on several occasions.

Following the seizure of illegal weapons and other anti-Pakistan materials, three cases have been registered against him. Investigations are ongoing to explore further details regarding the suspect’s activities.
