The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has officially launched an open auction for commercial plots in the city.

The auction is set to take place at the Gandhara Citizen Club located in F-9 Park and will run until October 3rd.

The auction features a diverse range of commercial plots available for investment, including options from various areas such as the Blue Area. Among the plots being auctioned are those designated for motels, apartments, and Class Three shopping centers.

To ensure a smooth process, the auction is being overseen by a committee chaired by the Member Finance. Investors are encouraged to participate as this presents a significant opportunity for investment in Islamabad’s growing commercial landscape.
