Group arrested for allegedly leaking solved MDCAT exam
An eight-member group allegedly involved in leaking and solving the MDCAT exam was arrested in the Karak district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Sunday.
According to sources, various devices, including mobile phones, were recovered from the suspects, who are under further investigation. Security officials added that the network was selling the leaked exam papers for substantial sums and the arrested individuals were allegedly connected to networks in Quetta, Peshawar, and other areas.
Among those arrested are Hazratullah from Razzmak in Waziristan and Faizullah from Lucky Ghundi, along with Hamza Shafiq from Tattar Khel, Osama Daniyal from Khojki Kela, Waseem from Warana, Fawad from Kas Korona, Aziz from Markaz Korona, and Muhammad Ijaz from Chitta Banda.
The group was residing in a private hostel in Karak at the time of their arrest.
