A Karachi police car met with a serious accident late last night when the driver allegedly drove the car drove in to a bridge. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

The driver reportedly lost control and drove the vehicle in to the Punjab Colony flyover in Gizri.

The crash resulted in injuries to over two police officials who were present in the mobile van.

Two other vehicles following the police car were also damaged in the incident.

Witnesses at the scene reported that the police driver appeared to be intoxicated and was driving at a high speed.
