Teenager road rage in SUV kills man in Mumbai
A 24-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run accident in Goregaon, Mumbai, when an SUV driven by a 17-year-old boy collided with his motorcycle early Thursday. The victim, identified as Navin Vaishnaw, was distributing milk when the incident occurred around 4 a.m.
The SUV, a Mahindra Scorpio, reportedly came from the wrong side before hitting Vaishnaw’s bike and subsequently crashing into an electric pole.
The teenage driver attempted to flee the scene but was apprehended by police after sustaining injuries.
Authorities have registered a case against the teen driver, the SUV’s owner, Iqbal Jivani, and his son, Mohammed Faz Iqbal Jivani.
