A brutal act of cruelty against an animal has sparked outrage in Karachi’s Gulshan-e-Maimar area. A stray dog was shot dead by unknown assailants in a car.

Animal activist Sadaf Arif, appalled by the incident, contacted the police and filed a case against the perpetrators.

The case was registered on the complaint of Sadaf Arif, naming unknown assailants in the car as suspects.

Following the registration of the case, the investigating officer visited the scene and examined the evidence.
