The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has stated that the monsoon system is likely to affect Sindh province today. There are chances of overcast skies and humid weather conditions in Karachi over the next 24 hours.

According to the Met Office, the wind is blowing from the southwest at a speed of 9 km/h, and the humidity level is 78%.

The air quality index indicates poor air quality in Karachi. The city ranks 9th among the world’s most polluted cities, and 3rd in Pakistan in terms of particulate matter concentration, at an average of 106 micrograms per cubic meter.

The Met Department has also forecast rain in other districts of Sindh, including Tharparkar, Umerkot, and Hyderabad.

Additionally, there is a chance of more intense rainfall in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, Punjab, Balochistan, and Kashmir today.

Many districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are experiencing a reign of clouds in the sky, making the weather pleasant. PMD has also forecast more rain today.

The rainfall was recorded in various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa yesterday. Over the past 24 hours, 39 millimeters of rainfall was recorded in Karak, 24 millimeters in Mardan, and 13 millimeters in Balakot.
