A father has been arrested for allegedly killing his two daughters in the name of ‘honour’ in Sheikhupura.

The victims, aged 22 and 19, were first poisoned and then electrocuted to make the deaths appear accidental, according to police.

Police officials stated that the father buried his daughters after the killings, but a case was registered four days later based on the mother’s complaint.

The accused father was subsequently arrested.
