Peshawar BRT fares increased by Rs5 per stop

Authorities in Peshawar have announced an increase in the fares for the city’s Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system and the fare for each stop on the route has been raised by Rs5.

The new minimum fare for BRT travel has been set at Rs20, while the maximum fare has been capped at Rs60. This fare increase applies to all passengers using the BRT service in Peshawar.

The authorities in Peshawar have announced an increase in the fares for the city’s Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system, with the minimum fare now set at Rs20 and the maximum fare capped at Rs60, with the fare increments ranging from Rs5 per stop for a 5-kilometer journey up to Rs60 for a 35 to 40-kilometer trip.

Along with the revised BRT fare structure, the authorities in Peshawar have also announced a 50% discount for citizens over the age of 60. These senior citizens will be issued special cards that will allow them to avail this concession when traveling on the BRT system.
