A horrific incident occurred in the Noori Shah area of Abbottabad where a mother allegedly slit the throats of her three children.

According to initial reports, an eight-month-old infant succumbed to their injuries, while two other children remain hospitalized.

Police confirmed that the suspect, believed to be suffering from mental health issues, used a sharp object to attack her children.

The eight-month-old infant died at the scene, while the two other children are currently receiving medical treatment.

Police have launched an investigation into the crime.
