A major cylinder explosion rocked the city of Gujranwala in Punjab province, leaving several workers injured and causing the collapse of a factory roof.

The incident occurred on Commissioner Road, where a cylinder exploded, triggering a fire that quickly engulfed the factory.

Four fire engines and rescue vehicles are currently battling the blaze.

Rescue operations are underway to locate two workers who are believed to be trapped under the rubble of the collapsed building.

The extent of the injuries sustained by the workers is yet to be confirmed.
