In a partnership with Cosmic Bliss, model and entrepreneur Hailey Bieber has launched a new dairy-free ice cream inspired by her popular Erewhon smoothie.

The “Strawberry Glaze” ice cream is now available nationwide at Sprouts grocery stores.

Bieber, who is expecting her first child with husband Justin Bieber, expressed excitement over the product launch, saying “I can’t wait for everyone to try it.”

The ice cream closely mirrors the flavors of Bieber’s original smoothie, which includes ingredients like almond milk, dates, strawberries, and a housemade strawberry glaze.

Jason H. Karp, founder and CEO of HumanCo which owns Cosmic Bliss, highlighted the partnership’s goal of promoting awareness of healthier food options in the U.S. market.

Bieber shared an Instagram video demonstrating the ice cream’s resemblance to her signature smoothie, pointing out the matching strawberry swirl and coconut vanilla base.

The launch of the Strawberry Glaze ice cream continues Bieber’s collaboration with OBB Ventures, the production company behind her popular YouTube series “Who’s in My Bathroom?” and “What’s in My Kitchen?”.

The original Strawberry Glaze Skin smoothie debuted at Erewhon in 2022 and quickly gained a loyal following, featuring a blend of nutritious ingredients.

The new pint of ice cream includes similar components, using natural vegetable juice for color instead of artificial dyes.
