Bystanders rescue 71-year-old man from burning car on Minnesota highway
In a remarkable act of bravery, a group of bystanders in Minnesota, USA, came to the rescue of a 71-year-old man trapped inside a burning car on the I-94 highway.
The incident, captured on video and shared on social media platform X by user Collin Rugg, has quickly gone viral, garnering nearly 15.9 million views and widespread acclaim.
The driver, identified as Samuel Orbovich, found himself in a dangerous situation after his car caught fire following a crash.
As the flames intensified, he became trapped inside the vehicle, unable to escape.
However, a group of good Samaritans stepped forward, risking their own lives to save him.
The video footage shows the courageous bystanders rushing towards the burning car despite the intense heat and flames.
They managed to open the door, all while enduring the scorching temperatures and being obstructed by the guard rail.
Eventually, they successfully pulled Orbovich to safety.
The Minnesota State Patrol expressed its gratitude for the heroic actions of these individuals, emphasizing the importance of remaining vigilant on the roads.

“I cannot imagine anything more horrific. I am terrified of such an accident as this. Do you all carry a glass-breaker tool in your car? I keep mine in the console so it will not fly out of reach in the case of an accident. These people are heroes,” shared another.
“There is still hope in humanity after all. Heroes!” expressed a third.
“Wow, these people are true heroes,” commented a fourth.
“There are still good souls out there,” wrote a fifth.
