A Punjab Assembly employee attempted suicide by jumping from the roof of the old assembly building.

The employee, identified as Haji Muhammad Yousaf, sustained severe injuries after falling to the ground.

After the incident, assembly staff members alerted the rescue authorities who immediately arrived at the scene.

Haji Yousaf was transferred to the hospital in critical condition due to his severe injuries.

According to sources, Haji Muhammad Yousaf was present at his office fulfilling his daily routine in the office on the morning of the incident.
