Dollar falls further in interbank trade

The value of the United States dollar continued to decline against the Pakistani rupee as trading opened on Wednesday.

The dollar lost 17 paisas in the opening session to fall to Rs277.90 in the interbank trade.

The Pakistan Stock Exchange also saw a bullish trend at the start of trading on Wednesday, with stocks gaining over 600 points in the opening session.

The morning’s business took the PSX’s 100-index to 66,500 points.
