In Attock, a rickshaw driver and his accomplice allegedly kidnapped and raped a class-10 student. Both were later killed by ‘their fellow gang memebers’, the police said.

In the early morning of Thursday, a girl in 10 grade was picked up for school by her rickshaw driver Muhammad Fayaz, who along with his accomplice Muhammad Kamran abducted the girl at gunpoint, according to the polices.

Both took the girl to a deserted place near Bani Baba’s shrine and brutally raped her, the police added.

The police raided a place near Bela Bandar on the instructions of the DPO.

The police were shot at by four armed men and had to return the fire to save their lives.

During the shootout, the suspects Fayaz and Kamran were shot dead by their fellow gang members, the police said.

The search operation by the police is being carried out to find the missing suspects who escaped.
