Mishi Khan criticizes Waseem Badami for inviting children in Ramzan transmission
Pakistani actor Mishi Khan has slammed Waseem Badami’s invitation to viral youngYouTuber, Muhammad Shiraz to his Ramzan transmission.
Many children such as Ahmad Shah and his brothers have debuted television through Waseem Badami’s Ramzan Transmission.
The host has has recently invited Shiraz to his Ramzan transmission for which he will be paid as well.
However, Badami was criticized by Mishi Khan pointing out that there are negative consequences of being exposed to the limelight.
In her recent short video on Instagram, Mishi Khan severely criticised the child’s inclusion on the show. “Why did you have to book Shiraz for the Ramazan transmission and take away his organic sweet innocence? Before it was Ahmad Shah who sounds like an adult now only because of the bad city environment. Please leave the children alone and don’t take away their innocence for God’s sake,” Mishi said.
“I am very saddened by the fact that a child, who became so famous on social media that his videos are watched with great interest in countries other than Pakistan, he received a silver button from YouTube, and he reached one million followers on Instagram - he’s so cute, he says such organic, innocent, sweet things. I am saddened by the fact that he is now a part of a Ramazan transmission. Do you guys not find anyone else?” she added.
She claimed in her video that Ahmad Shah’s innocence was ruined by being included on a TV show. She said that Ahmad as being a normal kid should have a routine like other kids but he has to participate at Sehri time and Iftari time to take part in the transmission the entire month.
She captioned her video as ‘Why why why…. Why did you have to book @shirazi_village_vlogs_3 for Ramzan Transmission & take away his organic sweet innocence? Before it was Ahmed Shah who sounds like an adult now only because of the bad city environment. Please leave the children alone and don’t take away their innocence for God’s sake 🙏’
She responded to the latest invitation of Shiraz in Ramzan transmission highlighting the need to check the need for children to be exposed to the public eye.
