The price of gold increased by a massive Rs2,750 per tola in Pakistan, the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association said on Thursday.

Today’s increase take the price of the precious metal to Rs228,150 per tola.

Similary, the price of gold increased by Rs2,358 per 10 grams to reach Rs195,602.

In the international market, the price of gold increased by $26 to reach $2,174 per ounce.

Spot silver fell 0.4% to $24.08, while platinum dipped 0.3% to $904.83 per ounce, and palladium slipped 1.5% to $1,026.80, after surging more than 12% in the last session.
