At least four were injured in a blast in Drazanda area of Dera Ismail Khan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Friday, police said.

According to police, the explosive device was placed in a motorbike that was parked outside a restaurant in the central market of the area.

Meanwhile, the injured were moved to the hospital for treatment.
