Customs officials allegedly involved in robberies, kidnapping

An FIR has alleged that a non-customs paid vehicle was sold then stolen from him

In a startling revelation, Customs officials have been found to be allegedly involved in theft and kidnapping in Karachi.

The matter came to light after a man, named Shehroze, filed a complaint in the Preedy police station about a short kindapping and robbery in Karachi nominating the squad incharge of Customs enforcement Sindh among 19 people.

The police has failed to arrest any of the people nominated in the FIR so far but an inquiry has been completed.

The Customs officials are allegedly involved in defraudig people and selling them non-Custom cleared vehicles.

Shehroze alleged that he had been sold a vehicle that was not Customs-paid and the vehicle was allegedly stolen in August 2023.
