Actors Urwa Hocane and Farhan Saeed wanted to give their child a good start. Coincidently, their daughter Jahan Ara, whose birth was announced on Friday, will be a US citizen by birth as she was born in Texas.

Urwa Hocane broke the news to her fans on Friday saying she wants her daughter to ‘fly higher.’

Urwa posted to Instagram an image of the little hand of her newborn, showing her love for her daughter and expressing gratitude and happiness.

Mawra Hocane also shared blessings for the niece on her Instagram story and wrote, “Happiest news of our lives, our little Aara is here.”

Urwa used a verse from the Holy Quran, several Urdu words and flowery language in English to express her joy and gratitude.

The couple is in Dallas Texas where their daughter Jahan Ara was born. Under the United States Constitution, every child born on US soil becomes a citizen at birth.

Back in October, the couple announced that they were expecting their first baby with a couple of pictures.

The Udaari couple tied the knot in 2016, in a private ceremony with a close gathering held in Badshahi Mosque of Lahore.

The grand celebration lasted over a week with festivities of three dholkis, a nikah, qawwali night and a huge reception.
