A new index has put the passport of a Muslim country at the top of its rankings for the first quarter of 2024.

Anton Capital’s passport rankings for 2024 ranked countries across 98 positions in order of how many countries a passport will let you travel to without a visa.

According to the rankings, holding a United Arab Emirates passport will ensure the easiest travel of all.

The UAE passport currently allows its holders to travel to 180 countries without a visa.

The second spot in the rankings was shared by Germany, Spain, France, Italy and Netherlands whose passport will allow you to enter 178 countries without hassle.

The list ranks Pakistan at number 94, the fifth worst in the list. Pakistan’s passport allows visa-free entry in 47 countries only.

Only Somalia, Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria are ranked below Pakistan.

Yemen, Bangladesh, Libya and even Palestine have been ranked above Pakistan in the list.
