The jewellers association in Pakistan has announced the latest gold rates for December 29, indicating an increase of Rs2200 per tola or 11 grams in the price.

All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association said on Thursday that the rate of 10 grams of gold also increased by Rs1886 and now the price stands at Rs191,015.

After the price change, one tola of gold in the country is now being sold at Rs222,800.

The price of per tola and ten gram silver remained unchanged at Rs2,680 and Rs.2,297.66 respectively.

The price of gold in the international market increased by $20 to $2,105 from $2,085, the Association reported.
