The jewellers association in Pakistan has announced the latest gold rates for December 28, indicating an increase of Rs1000 per tola or 11 grams in the price.

All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association said on Wednesday that the rate of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs857 to Rs189,129 from Rs188,272.

After the price change, one tola of gold in the country is now of Rs220,600.

The price of gold in the international market increased by $13 to $2,085 from $2,072, the association reported
