Places to watch Dubai New Year’s Eve 2023-24 fireworks

To bid 2023 a spectacular farewell, UAE locations are going above and beyond in the final few days before the New Year officially begins.

According to the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) of the emirate of Dubai, 32 places have got permission for fireworks displays, and authorities examined the plans for over 45 fireworks performances.

Here are some incredible displays in the places where you can celebrate your NYE celebration.

Burj Khalifa: The yearly New Year’s Eve fireworks at the tallest structure in the globe are unquestionably the most watched show in this region of the world.

The Burj Khalifa is expected to have a larger-than-ever New Year’s Eve spectacular this year, featuring 15,682 pyrotechnic pieces and 325 strategic shooting points.

Al-Seef: Festive fireworks will be displayed along the waterfront promenade as a countdown to midnight. The Al Seef Creek Festival, which features live entertainment, deals, and the tallest holiday tree in the area, is also being held at the site.

Dubai Festival City: reserve your seats in early for Festival Bay’s 5-minute fireworks and IMAGINE performance, which will mark the start of the New Year. Tickets are Dh100 for adults and Dh50 for children. Standing in Festive Bay, guests will also be treated to a 360-degree fireworks display that is synced with lasers, fountains, lighting, fire, and projection elements.

Atlantis the Palm: On December 31, the famous Atlantis arch will be a sight to behold. Sting will perform at the venue on New Year’s Eve. The Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai has announced the marine routes that would pass by this show.

Al Arab Burj: This year, as always, locals and visitors can look forward to the spectacular fireworks display set against the Burj Al Arab.

Visit Bluewater Islands, The Beach-JBR to take in the shows against the stunning backdrop of Ain Dubai and the Dubai cityscape.

Riverland: On December 31, two family-friendly fireworks shows will take place at Dubai Parks and Resorts at 7 and 9 p.m. Entering Riverland costs Dh15, which can be used for food and beverage purchases unless you have a parking ticket or an annual pass. At this location, there will also be laser shows.

Club Sport: For those who are willing to pay, Emirates Golf Club will also host a NYE-exclusive fireworks show. The following hotels have displays scheduled: Bab Al Shams Desert Resort, Jumeirah Golf Club, Sofitel Dubai The Palm Resort, Arabian Ranches Golf Club, Club Vista Mary The Palm, The Royal Palm Hotel, Palazzo Versace Hotel Dubai, The Address Montgomerie Hotel, and One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel.
