Pakistan likely to make team changes for the second Test against Australia
There are reports of changes in the Pakistan cricket squad for the second Test match against Australia.
In the second Test match starting from Tuesday in Melbourne, there is a strong possibility that wicketkeeper Sarfaraz Ahmed will be dropped out and Mohammad Rizwan will join the team.
According to the ongoing discussion on social media platform X, the second change in the Pakistan team is Hasan Ali and Mir Hamza in place of in-fit Khurram Shahzad, while there is a strong possibility of dropping Faheem Ashraf and taking off-break bowler Sajid Khan.
Sources say that there is no possibility of fast bowler Wasim Jr.‘s participation in the Melbourne Test and Pakistan’s innings will continue to be opened by Imam-ul-Haq and Abdullah Shafiq.
It should be noted that the second test match of the 3-match series between the two teams is scheduled in Melbourne from December 26, the Pakistan team was defeated in the first test match, while the third match is scheduled in Sydney from January 3.
