Soldier martyred in fire exchange with terrorists in South Waziristan: ISPR
A security personnel was martyred on Tuesday during a fire exchange with the terrorists in Sararogha area of South Waziristan district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Inter-Services Public Relation said in a statement.
The security forces engaged the terrorists’ location. However, during intense fire exchange, Sepoy Ahmed Ali, 26, who was a resident of district Charsadda embraced Shahadat, it added.
“Sanitisation operation is being carried out to eliminate any terrorists found in the area as security forces of Pakistan are determined to wipe-out the menace of terrorism and such sacrifices of our brave soldiers further strengthen our resolve,” the ISPR said.
