Waqar Zaka has raised his concern about the content being promoted in the Pakistani social media sphere and described Pakistan as a ‘meme nation’.

Zaka’s comment came after Ducky Bhai’s video in which he shaved his head and beard to fulfill his promise to his followers. The video received more than 6 million views and was trending on X as well which forced Zaka to raise his voice against junk content creation in Pakistan.

Sharing the video on X, he slammed Ducky’s videos and said the content creator cannot do anything if people want to view this content, because the public doesn’t like serious content.

While using inappropriate language, Zaka said the public is not concerned with Palestine, they will not raise their voices for them.

Giving the precedent of his prior post Waqar Zaka said he shared this post with the hashtag #Justice4balach which did not claim a place in the top trend of X.

However, Zaka’s followers owned his words.

“We are the people who don’t speak on the issues that matter the most,” says a follower.

“Unfortunately, the interest of Pakistanis has become pathetic instead of productive and progressive.”

Wrapping up her words Waqar Zaka suggested that while the nation may find amusement in such content, the rest of the world is laughing at them.
