Following the news of the acquittal of former prime minister and PMLN leader Nawaz Sharif his daughter and PMLN chief organiser, Maryam Nawaz posted on X.

Expressing gratitude she wrote, ’’When a person surrenders his actions to Allah despite suffering injustice, then this is how He makes a person stand tall in front of the whole world, this is an example of this! Thank you, Alhamdulillah!“.

The Islamabad High Court on Wednesday acquitted former prime minister Nawaz Sharif in the Avenfield reference case.

The National Accountability Bureau withdrew its appeal against Sharif’s acquittal in the Flagship reference.

PMLN supremo and three-time prime minister Nawaz Sharif while talking to journalists outside the court after his acquittal said, “I had left it up to Allah. In Al-Azizia [Steel Mills corruption reference] also, I’ve also left my matters up to Allah.”
