Health experts believe that a good immunity system can combat the impact of variations of weather but this observation raises the question of how can we boost our immunity amidst environmental pollution that also not expensive.

Experts say immunity can be boosted with an affordable budget, here we have mentioned some tips that can be beneficial for over-fitness.

Homemade food

Junk food, high cholesterol eating, and unhealthy diets not only soar the fat but also make the digestive system weak, and impose a direct impact on the stomach and lungs. However, homemade food prevents the body from high fats and allergic reactions.
