Sindh minister’s brother killed after being hit by train in Karachi

Sources say the victim was roaming around the track using hands-free

The young brother of Sindh’s Caretaker Minister for Mines and Mineral Development Mir Khuda Bakhsh Marri was killed after being hit by a train in the Steel Town area of Karachi on Sunday.

According to the police, the victim was identified as Muhammad Hassan Marri whose body was moved to the hospital for post-mortem.

Sources in the police said that Marri was roaming around the railway track while having hands free in his ears when he was hit by the incoming train.

According to eyewitnesses, Marri was grazing goats, while the police said that they were also investigating the other aspects of the incident.

A spokesperson for the minister said that the funeral prayer of Marri will be offered tomorrow (Monday) at 10am in Malir of Karachi.
