From Biryani to Nihari, and Tikka to Dahi Bara foodies have tried every taste of metropolitan city and couldn’t stop themselves from applauding words about delicious dishes. Now, after ‘Anday wala burger’ new food item has been introduced in Karachi which is ‘Anday walay fries’ (egg fries) and it is capturing foodies towards Korangi.

Anday walay fries were introduced by a street vendor who gave a new look to potato fries with the assistance of his mother who makes special spices, finger-licking chanti (appetizer), and delicious sauces for this new food item.

The owner said that every ingredient he was using in fries was homemade and hygienic.

Following deep frying the fries were entered into the beaten eggs which add more flavour to the fry and homemade species and appetizers make it more flavorous and food lovers can enjoy this for Rs200.

The vendor added that due to the soaring inflation rate, he has increased the rate from Rs150 to Rs200. However, high prices couldn’t stop the customers from eating egg fries because of their different tastes.

Food lovers termed these egg fried unique and said they were using different spaces.
