PTI claims several workers arrested by police before Lahore convention
Imran Khan-led party says offices raided and around 50 workers arrested
The Lahore police raided on Sunday PTI offices located in a private housing society at Ferozepur Road in the city and arrested several workers before a party convention, the former ruling party has claimed.
The police arrested around 50 workers who were scheduled to participate in the convention, the party said.
It is pertinent to mention that the district administration of Lahore had given permission to the PTI to hold a party gathering today (October 22).
The PTI was permitted to hold a rally at Kahna town in Lahore.
