‘Singham Again’ got bigger after director Rohit Shetty signed Deepika Padukone and Tiger Shroff as the new cop in the film.

Shetty took to Instagram to welcome ACP Satya, a character Tiger Sharoff will play as the new cop on the franchise.

The filmmaker shared three stills of Shroff and described the role as ‘immortal like truth’.

Tiger had joined the cast of the director’s Singham Again, the third sequel of the franchise, which was headlined by Ajay Devgan and the announcement comes just days after actor Deepika Padukone came on board the film, as a cop.

Shetty also unveiled the first look of Lady Singham on Instagram in which Deepika was donning the Indian Police Force uniform as DSP Shakti Shetty.

A bloodied Padukone laughed out loud as she put a revolver inside the mouth of a man, she grabbed her hair in another hand. Lots of bodies and car wreckage were seen around them as a burning building stood in the backdrop. In another photo, Deepika held the pistol close to her face and laughed looking into the camera.

Bollywood celebs posted appreciating reactions to her recently revealed gaze while her spouse called her ‘Lady Singham’.

Filmmaker Shetty wrote on his Insta profile: “Meet the most brutal and violent officer of our cop universe.”

Last year, Rohit Shetty, during a promotion campaign event revealed that Deepika will be a lady cop in Singham 3.

“We are making Singham next. Everyone kept asking me who is the lady cop in my universe. So today, let me confirm that Deepika Padukone will be the lady Singham. We start shooting next year,” Rohit Shetty said.
