Former skipper and all-rounder Shahid Afridi’s sister passed away on Tuesday after her last battle with illness.

She was hospitalized in a private hospital in Karachi, as the deceased was suffering from an illness for quite some time and breathed her last on Tuesday morning.

The funeral prayer will be offered today at Zikriya Mosque in Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Karachi Phase-8.

Shahid Afridi posted on X, informing his sister’s demise and sharing the last rituals will be held after Zuhur prayer today.

A day ago Afridi shared a post, requesting prayers for her sister.

Earlier, he wrote on his Instagram, “My sister is fighting for her life right now, I request you to pray for her health.”
