PIA flight operation affected after PSO suspends fuel supply
PIA spokesperson says international flights normal
The Pakistan State Oil has suspended fuel supply to Pakistan International Airlines resulting in disturbed flight operations of the national flag carrier.
PIA spokesperson said that due to the lack of fuel supply from the PSO, the national airlines’ domestic flight operation has been affected.
Amid a shortage of jet fuel, the flight from Faisalabad to Karachi was delayed while the Islamabad to Sukkur flight was canceled, he added.
However, he said that the international flights are departing as per schedule.
