IHC set aside decision to reject Imran Khan’s bail applications
The Islamabad High Court on Monday set aside the decision of the courts in which PTI Chief Imran Khan’s bail applications in nine cases were rejected.
In the reserved verdict, the IHC directed the relevant courts to rehear the cases as it set aside the earlier verdicts of the courts.
It is pertinent to mention that Chairman PTI had 6 bails from Sessions Court and 3 bails from ATC.
Chairman PTI had on August 26 challenged in the Islamabad High Court the decision to reject bail in 9 cases, including cases related to May 9, judicial complex attack cases and forgery cases.
