Faizabad sit-in case: CJP Isa offers another opportunity to parties to submit facts
The Supreme Court has provided another chance to all parties to submit in writing if they want to disclose facts pertaining to the Faizabad sit-in case.
In his written order on Monday, Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa said that since adjournments have been sought and as certain parties were not in attendance, therefore, all the aggrieved and those whose interest may be affected were given another opportunity to submit documents and written submission.
“If any party or any one wants to file anything the same be filed by or before Friday, 27 October 2023. Hearing is adjourned to Wednesday, 1 November 2023,” he added.
CJP Isa called it surprising that some parties had stated publicly that they knew what had happened, yet the judgment did not consider their point of view.
