A motorcycle rider groped a woman walking in a street of Sector 11B in North Karachi, CCTV footage showed on Friday.

In the recent past, several cases of harassing females in broad daylight have been reported in Karachi.

This is the fifth such incident reported over the last two months in Karachi as experts call for the safety of women and better education among the people.

Last month, the police arrested a suspect accused of harassing women in Karachi’s Ittehad Town, an area predominated by middle-class people of society.

The suspect was named Faizan who is a private security guard, according to the police. He is a resident of Saddam Chowk, Ittehad Town.

On August 1, a motorcyclist molested a girl in Karachi’s Federal B Area. The CCTV footage showed the predator harassing the woman as she passes through a street in Block 17 of FB Area in the jurisdiction of Samanabad police station.
