Samar Haroon Bilour, the daughter-in-law of the late former federal minister Bashir Bilour and a leader of the Awami National Party (ANP), has reported the loss of her ring valued at 10 million rupees.

Bilour said she suspected her servants and has requested the police to investigate them.

The case has been registered on Samar Haroon’s complaint at the Kohsar Police station in Islamabad under section 381 (Theft by a clerk or servant of property in possession of the master) of the Pakistan Penal Code.

In the first information report, she stated that the ring was a gift from her late husband, Haroon Bilour Bashir. She wore the ring for an event and placed it in her bedroom upon returning from the ceremony.

She alleges that her four-carat diamond ring was stolen by her servants as no unknown individuals have access to her home. She said has five servants, she believes that the employees should be investigated to recover the ring.
