The Indian government wanted to stage a false flag operation in the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, sources said while speaking about the recent killing of Indian army men by militants in Baramulla and Anantnag.

The development comes as the country prepares for general elections. According to reports, several Indian officers and soldiers were killed in a gun battle with militants in Baramulla on September 16.

Indian media said that there were also reports of fake Indian forces’ operations in Anantnag.

It merits here to mention that India has claimed that a colonel, major, and DSP were killed in an exchange of fire with militants. But so far no evidence has been found of militants’ presence and the Indian army has been conducting an operation in the area for the past four days.

Sources were of the view that the false flag operation was a drama in which India wanted to achieve more than one target.

They added that the neighbouring country wanted to divert the world’s attention from the human rights situation in IIOJK by putting the blame for terrorism on Pakistan.

They alleged that the Narendra Modi-led government was putting its army men in the line of fire in view of the upcoming general elections. Several pieces of evidence have proved that India wanted to achieve its political objectives by repeating another Pulawama-like drama, sources said.

Sources substantiated their claims by quoting several reports and audio that said India wanted to achieve its political objectives by spreading terrorism on the Line of Control.

They mentioned the “fake encounters and fabricated news”.

Evidence was also coming from the Indian media that the Modi government was allegedly trying to break the ceasefire agreement on the LoC.

The Indian government, in case of failure to control the growing riots in Rajouri and Anantnag, was trying to divert the questions of the media and the public by blaming Pakistan.

A few days ago, they claimed that the killing of five Indian soldiers in the Rajouri sector of occupied Kashmir was also Modi’s attempt to shine his politics.

They alleged that it was India’s attempt to divert attention from its internal problems. Ceasefire violations were continuously committed to maintain a state of war along the LoC, they added.

The purpose of this incident was only to create a justification for breaking the ceasefire and to pave the way for a dastardly campaign against Pakistan, sources said.
