District Council Sukkur roles out free Wi-Fi service in Rohri
The District Council Sukkur has rolled out a free Wi-Fi service in Sindh’s Rohri city making it one of the few cities in the region to offer such a service.
District Council Sukkur Chairman Syed Kumail Haider Shah inaugurated the free Wi-Fi pilot project on Friday. He underscored that this internet service holds the potential to significantly benefit students across Sindh, offering them access to high-quality education resources.
The citizens can access the WiFi network by selecting “PPPBilawalB-RohriExpress” as the user name. They will need to enter “Nasirshah1” in the password verification box.
Once these details are entered, the citizens will be able to enjoy uninterrupted internet access and leverage the benefits of this initiative.
The Wi-Fi service boasts a speed of up to 3 Mbps, allowing around 3,000 users to connect simultaneously.
Shah vowed to deliver on the pledges made to the city’s populace. He indicated that both Sukkur and Rohri will receive extended free Wi-Fi coverage if the pilot project proves successful.
