Sindh Chief Minister-designate Justice (retd) Maqbool Baqar has said that holding timely elections will be the top priority of the caretaker setup.

He made it clear that the election will be according to the constitution and law.

Baqar said that it is the interim setup’s responsibility to conduct free and fair elections, while the Election Commission is responsible for delimitation in which the caretaker government will lend its support to the electoral body.
