At least 30 people were killed and over 50 injured after a Havelian-bound train derailed in Sarhai Town in district Sanghar, near Nawabshah on Sunday. At least 1,000 people were travelling on the train, according to reports.

Several rescue workers, locals and passengers started the rescue mission in search of victims after the accident and pulled out several passengers stuck inside the train.
