Indian woman Anju, who arrived in Pakistan last month to marry his Khyber Pakhtunkhwa friend, has received more gifts.

A business marketing group gave Anju, who is now named Fatima after converting to Islam, a shield and a cheque, claimed an Indian journalist.

Dileep Kumar Khatri shared the development on Twitter and shared a couple of pictures. But he did not share the amount given to Anju.

The latest gift was from a businessman from the federal capital.

Last month, a real estate developer, Mohsin Abbasi of Pak Star Group, gifted her a 10-marla plot of land. He also gave her Rs50,000 and offered her a job.

Another real estate developer from Nawab Housing Society had now announced a second 10-marla plot for Anju. The CEO also offered Fatima and Nasrullah a travel package for Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah.

Tufail Khan of the housing society had also assured Anju and Nasrullah of providing help in building a house and financial support for daily expenses.

“Anju is currently roaming in Islamabad…” the Indian journalist said in another tweet and claimed that the Indian citizen was looking happy but wondered why the couple could not give them a live interview.

“If I get a chance, I’ll surely open all the Pandora’s box with a lot of questions…” he said.

In the Tik Tok videos shared with the tweet, Anju could be seen chatting with a lady.

It merits here to mention that Anju’s visa will expire on August 20 which was only issued to her for KP’s Upper Dir area. But despite that, she was as per media reports seen in Islamabad.

Married Anju had come to India telling her husband that she was going to Jaipur. Anju, who converted to Islam to marry Nasrullah, converted to Christianity to marry Arvind.

Moreover, Anju’s Indian husband has claimed that they were not divorced yet and hence she cannot marry a Pakistani man. Arvind told reporters in India that “Anju said that she had submitted the divorce papers in Delhi three years ago but I have not received any summons or notice from the court yet.”

On papers she was still his wife, Arvind claimed which means Anjuy cannot marry anyone else. He demanded that the government should investigate the matter.

Indian media have claimed that Anju called her Indian husband Arvind and threatened to take their children with her to Pakistan.

Arvind says the government should also scrutinise her passport and visa documents to find out if she used fake documents and signatures to travel to Pakistan.
