SC fixes PTI plea against Toshakhana case for hearing
Two-member bench comprising Justice Yahya Afridi and Justice Musarrat Hilali formed
The Supreme Court has fixed the former ruling party, PTI, petition for a hearing against the Toshakhana case. The top would conduct the proceedings tomorrow (Wednesday).
A two-member bench comprising Justice Yahya Afridi and Justice Musarrat Hilali will hear the petition.
