Four injured in Bajaur car blast

A remote-controlled bomb exploded in a vehicle in Bajaur on Friday, injuring at least four people.

The blast took place in tehsil Mamond of Bajaur district.

The injured people include Torsam, Abdul Aziz, Khan and Ilyas.

The terror attacks in KP witnessed a sudden rise and security forces remained a major target for the terrorists.

On Thursday, a police compound in Tehsil Bara of Khyber district was attacked by terrorists. The attack left four policemen martyred and eight others injured.

A Frontier Constabulary vehicle was targeted by a suicide bomber in Hayatabad on July 19, leading to eight policemen and one civilian injured.

In another attack, unknown people fired 17 rounds from an SMG on police officials killing two police officials and injuring two others.

A third attack also occurred in Mardan where two terrorists were killed.
